Various people in all countries receive the personal loans from various creditors, just because it's easy and fast.

you need to book a train ticket in advance, the fares will be much cheaper. go to thetrainline.com and check availability and prices.
if you book a train 3-4 weeks in advance and after 10am, you'll get the cheapest fare. buy the fare online at thetrainline.com and arrange for 'ticket pickup' if you're abroad. you take along your credit card, insert it in the 'fast ticket' machines plus a code that you get from online, and it dispenses your ticket
just checked availability for midweek at 10am and it's £10.65 single :D

It sounds like you plan to fly in to London. If so, definitely take the train. No matter which London airport you fly into, you'll be able to get quick transport to London. This is particularly true of Heathrow - either the express to Paddington (less than 30 minutes) or the Picadilly line into central London (about 45 minutes). This makes it easy to transfer to a large railroad station and get a train to Leeds.
Of course, the other question is, is it worth the extra time (on either end) to save $100 - 120? I'm not sure it is.
Have a good trip.

Just a thought but how about getting a flight to Manchester and then on the train to Leeds from there...it might be worth checking the cost and availability as Manchester is much closer to Leeds than London is and the train goes through to Leeds direct from the airport...http://www.manchesterairport.co.uk/web.n…
I've just looked on Autoroute and from the Airport railway station to Leeds railway station is 56.5 miles by road...maybe a bit less by rail....after a long flight I would assume that you wouldn't want to be cramped up on a coach or train for too long....and believe me when I say that you would be cramped on the coaches in this country!
I wish you a safe and pleasant journey whichever way you decide...
