You want to talk undeveloped, Europe, try again, America is the one that is underdeveloped. Fast food and football are it’s main concern. America has no regard for music, art, literature, or anything else that is worth your time. At least in Europe education is more important. BTW, I would watch what you say, the whole world hates America, the proud, the brave, the ignorant. It’s all an illusion, seems to me America is no longer what it once was.
