You can by alcohol at 18, but bring ID
You cannot smoke drugs on the street, its illegal
Mixture of boys, if you like the English accent, you will probably like alot of them though

I dunno, why don’t you ask your parents about your desire to get picked up by English guys, get stoned publicly and get drunk outta your mind. I’m sure they’ll have an answer for you just like that.
Remember that girl that disappeared in Aruba after getting picked up by some ***** guys? Same difference.

Drinking isn’t a problem, no you cannot just smoke pot walking down the street……you better not think you can get away with carrying on you on the flight either, and if you are stupid enough to buy it from a stranger in London, you truly are an idiot.
If you respect their country and show an interest in the history they will be very friendly. A lot of people think they are a bit snobbish, they aren’t. I love the English…London is fabulous….but don’t think its America. When I moved there in grade school my family had to go to the Police Station and meet with officers to go over the rules so to speak………they don’t need cause, they don’t need a warrant and there is no limit to how long they can hold you. The ACLU ain’t in London to defend your ass, you’re a visitor, respect your status and enjoy the country.
If all you are interested in is drinking, smoking pot and what the guys are like, don’t waste your money going to England, you can do all that at home,
London is a magnificent city to visit, all the sights are worth seeing, and then in the evening go to the pubs, for a drink and some “pub grub”…which is fun food…and yes the legal age is 18 in most of the european countries…
As to the other parts of your question…hen I’ve visited London I’ve never seen people walking around smoking pot, that doesn’t mean it doesn’t happen… But if I were you I wouldn’t risk it…You’d feel really great spending a night in jail instead of being out with your mates having fun… Or getting yourelf put on the first plane home..
As to guys, they are the same all the world over! Take your pick.
