How would i go about planning this, would i need to do it online or could i show up at a station in london to go to cambridge? Iv never been to london so dont know anything really.

Go to Kings Cross and buy a ticket, easy.
Or check out National Rai Times
Just go to Kings Cross Station and buy your ticket. The trains run from there every 30 minutes and the journey takes 45 minutes( 60 to 75 minutes on Sundays)]
(Buy a return ticket Its only 10 pence more than the one way)
You don’t need to buy a ticket in advance – you can just turn up and buy one on the day at the station. However you can save money by buying it in advance, either online or by telephone and you can also book a seat if you like. Check out for prices and details of how to book.
