How much does a winter flight cost to London?

I’m going to turn 18 in January of 2011, and am planning a trip to London, England in mid-February. I will be buying the ticket buy prescription drugs online without a prescription the following Tuesday of my birthday. How much would a flight+hotel cost to London, England in the dead of winter?

I know summer time it costs around 700-800 dollars round trip for flight, but in the winter, around last minute it should be lower than that? Right?
