Do people from New York act differently from people living in California? I live in CA, Sacramento, and am planning to move to New York, I heard it’s for the ‘young and bold’ where dreams can be made and broken.

Are people from New York ruder? What are they like? I don’t mind if New Yorkers are ruder, I just need to know so that I know what to expect and not take it personal. Thank you for your insight.
